Privacy Policy

SEACSUB S.p.A. is bound to provide some information concerning the processing and conservation of the data freely provided by those who browse on the Internet website www.seacsub.com, as required by EU Regulation 679/2016, laying down provisions on the protection of physical persons concerning personal data processing (hereinafter called “GDPR”).

Therefore, before communicating any personal data, we ask you to carefully read this Privacy Policy which contains important information on the protection of your personal data.

This advisory is valid exclusively for seacsub.com and for the services offered therein and does not apply to any other websites that may be consulted by the user through links on the pages of the website. In the event of consultation of other websites, we recommend consulting the respective privacy policies.

DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller of your data is SEACSUB S.p.A.  (hereinafter called SEAC®), in the person of the pro tempore legal representative, with registered office in San Colombano Certenoli, Via D. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Browsing the website and the contact request sent to the Controller can imply the collection and subsequent processing of your personal data - including, but not limited to - name, surname, e-mail address, IP address, etc... (hereinafter called “Personal data”).

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF THE PROCESSING
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
1) execution of the contract and/or fulfillment of contractual obligations:
- management and upkeep of the website;
- management of a user contact/information request;
- consenting registration on the website;

2) fulfillment of legal obligations:
- compliance with the obligations set forth by laws, regulations, national and European standards, order and prescriptions of the competent authorities;

3) pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Controller:
- preventing fraudulent activities or activities that are damaging to the website;
- exercising the rights of the Controller such as, for example, the right to legal defense;
- if already our customer, sending sales and/or promotional communications to the e-mail address provided in relation to products/services of the Controller similar to those already used.

- The consent of the user is optional and does not in any way compromise browsing the website.  The user can revoke consent at any time by sending an e-mail to seacsub@seacsub.com.
- Processing conducted prior to the revocation will remain valid.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed by SEAC® personnel specifically appointed as subjects authorized for processing, to whom suitable instructions are given on measures, steps and modes of operation, all aimed at the concrete protection of personal data. SEAC® collaborates with companies, consulting firms and professional business which offer support in the various activities, including but not limited to, corporate digital infrastructure management and maintenance, for consulting and assistance activities and to guarantee a better service for the user. The third parties who collaborate with SEAC® are designated “Processing managers” pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR and have been assigned specific tasks and instructions for the respect of the rights of the user in performing their functions.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS
The personal data is processed on paper and digital support using systems which implement safety measures aimed at protecting your confidentiality. Specific security measures are also observed in order to prevent the loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access to the data. The personal data will not be subject to any further processing other than what has been stated in this document unless, where necessary, your consent has been requested and granted.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
SEAC® does not transfer personal data abroad or to international organizations.

DATA PROCESSING CONSERVATION PERIOD
The personal data is conserved in a form that allows identification of the interested party for the period necessary to fulfill the specific purposes for which it is processed each time and, in any case, not more than 10 years from collection. The data processed for sending advertising communications and sales information will be conserved for no more than 24 months.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
At any time, the interested party may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15-22 of the GDPR with respect to SEAC® by sending an e-mail to seacsub@seacsub.com or writing to SEACSUB S.p.A., Via Domenico Norero No. 29 - San Colombano Certenoli 16040 (GE). To guarantee correct exercising of rights, the interested party must identify him or herself unequivocally.

Specifically, the interested party may exercise:
Right to access, which consists in the possibility of asking to check whether personal data is being used and, if positive, obtaining access and a copy of the same in an intelligible form;
Right of rectification, which authorizes the interested parties to ask for the correction of incorrect personal data;
Right of cancellation in the event that the data must no longer be processed for the original reason for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
Right of opposition to the processing and obligation of cancellation stemming from a legal obligation or unlawfulness of the processing;
Right of limitation of the processing;
Right of portability of the data that confers the option of obtaining the data in structured format and common and legible use for transmittal to another data controller without obstruction by the previous one;

In any case, the interested party can revoke any consent granted for the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending sales and advertising communications, as well as complaining to the competent monitoring authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data) in accordance with Art. 77 of the Regulation, should he or she feel that the processing of his or her data is in violation of the prevailing standard.

MODIFICATIONS
The Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this Privacy Policy, in part or in whole, even due to variations of the applicable standard.
SEACSUB S.p.A. therefore asks its users to visit this section regularly in order to always be up to date on the data collected and on the way the data controller uses it.
